PostedComment12 years agoService: I have always been happy with the service form Safetyshop and would have marked as Excellent, however on this occassion I was unhappy with the delivery of the lockers. The driver was relucant to deliver to our loading bay claiming that his lorry would not be able to access the turning and it was only when I walked the route with him and pointed out that a larger lorry was making a delivery that he agreed to take the goods there. Once the driver did deliver the lockers he was not particularly helpful and when asked to put the lockers further within the building said that he was only instructed to deliver to door.
