It seems there was an issue with an incorrect postcode not matching the delivery address causing a delivery failure for our carrier. I understand that you have since spoken to the Customer Care Team and they have arranged a replacement order to the correct address which has now been delivered.

8 years agoService: The products are perfects but as spanish customer I think you should deliver your wonderful products to all countries (at least into Europe) because I´m a lucky person and I have a friend who helps me sending me the productsOur response: Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback.
