Robust and secure Fire-resistant Filing Cabinets

These Robust and secure Fire-resistant Filing Cabinets have been tested for 90 minutes at up to 1045ºC, giving as much time as possible for the fire brigade to get into your business and extinguish the blaze, before your documents are destroyed. Those precious minutes could give you the chance you need to get your business back up and running again.
- For combination storage of both flammable materials and your valuable files, digital media and documents, we have a Fire Resistant Cabinet with a Safety Box, perfect for smaller premises with a shortage of space.
- Our filing cabinets are cream, with robust construction, and have been drop tested from 10 metres. Each drawer is also individually fire resistant and the filing cabinet has a cylinder key lock, supplied with two keys. These cabinets are the perfect protection for vital documents that your business can’t afford to lose.
- Store your accounts, designs and plans, CAD drawings, banking information, copyrighted materials, insurance documents, secure your quality, health and safety processes and procedures and even your disaster recovery plan itself.
- Note that, due to the weight, we deliver to the ground floor only. Any higher floors will incur a further delivery cost.
- If you have larger items to store than will easily fit in a filing cabinet, we also have a fire-resistant document protection cupboard which will store lever arch files or A4 folders, saved receipts, cash, employee records, client information and any other documents you want to keep safe.
- If you plan carefully, with the right storage for your important papers, there’s every possibility that even if the worst happens, your business will be able to pick itself up quickly and be back trading, with the smallest amount of loss.
