- Employers are legally required to either display the HSE law poster or to provide every member of staff with a copy of the leaflet or pocket card. This has been a requirement since 5 April 2014. The leaflet and the poster outline British health and safety laws and lists what workers and their employers need to do to comply. Double check that the version of the poster or card is the correct one, as there is a revised version published in 2009. You must display the poster where your workers can easily read it, or ensure that every employee has a copy of the laws.
- Our handy packs of the HSE Health & Safety Law leaflets cover everything you and your employees need to know, and you can quickly hand them out at staff inductions to ensure everyone has a copy. Our booklets are available in English and Welsh, in large print and in an easy to read version, to make sure everyone is able to access the information.
- We also offer a variety of leaflets, warning signs and training posters to ensure your employees and visitors know what they need to do. As well as the leaflets, we also offer the standard HSE Health and Safety Law poster in both A3 and A2 sizes, and in full colour, with easy to understand text, as well as the HSE Health & Safety Law pocket card if you'd prefer to give that to your employees instead.
