- Made from recyclable, flexible polyurethane
- Can withstand temperatures from -40°C to 90°C
- Ideal for all industrial environments
Our polyurethane foam pipe impact protectors can be used to warn employees or visitors of potential hazards or to help prevent impact injuries. They are manufactured in a choice of two different sizes: curvature 60 (for pipes with a diameter of 50mm to 70mm) or curvature 85 (for pipes with a diameter of 70mm to 100mm).
The impact protectors are designed to warn employees and visitors of potential impact injuries from pipes, while also protecting pipes from the risk of damage on industrial or construction premises.
The polyurethane foam material is recyclable, flexible and UV-resistant. It can withstand temperatures from -40°C to 90°C, making it suitable for a versatile range of industrial environments.
The impact protection foam has a self-adhesive backing, enabling a quick and easy installation onto smooth surfaces. These must be dust and grease-free for a successful application. The highly visible yellow and black colour scheme also helps to provide a clear warning of potential hazards.
Impact protectors are an important part of eliminating environmental factors that can cause injuries to employees or visitors. Making people aware of hazards that can cause injuries and providing adequate protection is the employer's legal responsibility, as outlined in health and safety legislation.
We also stock polyurethane foam corner impact protectors in a range of sizes to warn of edges, protruding corners and vulnerable pipes, as well as to protect kerbs, walls, trolley parks, machinery, vehicles and racking.
