Universal Wear Boots Sign
- Protective clothing is a must in workplaces where there is a risk of injury to employees or visitors. This is particularly important if safety footwear is required. If your health and safety assessment shows that there is a risk of impact injury from falling objects or if there are sharp objects which could puncture the sole of a shoe, safety footwear must be provided.
- However, it is not enough to simply provide footwear, you must make sure all employees are aware of when and where this footwear should be worn. Our wear boots sign is designed to let employees know which areas are designated high-risk areas, and that protective clothing must be worn.
- This high-quality wear boots sign uses the correct colour and pictogram combinations to ensure your workplace remains fully compliant with Health and Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations 1996.
- You can choose from 7 different sizes to protect your workplace, from small 100x250mm to large 594x420mm, A2 sized posters. Simply affix to the wall or window of high-risk areas using our self-adhesive fastenings.
- This foot protection sign forms part of our personal protective equipment PPE range, which includes eye and ear and hand protection signs to warn employees that personal safety equipment must be worn. PPE signs are mandatory in the workplace where there is a risk of injury to employees, contractors or visitors.
- Each of our personal protective equipment signs complies with both EU ISO 7010 and UK BS 5499 standards. This unifies standards across all EU member states to ensure that employees and visitors see the same safety signs in all workplaces, avoiding possible confusion about the meanings of such signs.
