Slice™ mini cutter with auto-retractable ceramic blade
- The Slice™ Mini Cutter is a convenient pocket-size safety knife with a highly durable ceramic blade which lasts up to 10 times longer than traditional steel blades. At just 38 x 63 x 10mm, the Slice™ Mini is an incredibly handy little cutter which can easily be thrown into a pocket or bag without any safety risk, thanks to the auto-retracting blade. It even has a built-in magnet which allows it to be stored on metal surfaces. With a slightly larger blade than the Slice™ Precision Cutter, it is a great alternative to a traditional box cutter or Stanley knife for those looking for something safe and compact.
- The Slice™ Mini Cutter has a large, rubberised slider button on the side to retract the blade. Due to the button's textured surface, the user has much better control over the slide function and is less likely to risk their thumb slipping, which can cause accidents. The rounded shape and small size of the cutter make it fit perfectly within the palm of the hand, so users have excellent control when cutting.
- The rounded tip of the Slice™ Mini Cutter is designed to reduce the risk of injuries, but that doesn't mean to say that the blade itself isn't effective. Ceramic is a robust material, which is also non-conductive, non-magnetic and chemically inert, making it possible to use the Slice™ cutter on printed circuit boards and other sensitive materials. When it's time to change the Slice™ blade, you can purchase replacement mini blades and swap in a new one without the need for any extra tools.
