"Do not use" self-adhesive labels for faulty equipment
- Using faulty equipment can be hazardous for the user as well as potentially worsening the fault or causing further damage. Applying the appropriate safety tags and labels can be an important part of workplace safety procedures, and these labels clearly signify that an item of equipment or machinery is currently faulty.
- The labels read ‘do not use equipment – fault’ and also show the universal ‘Prohibited’ symbol in red. There is also designated space for comments and an authorisation signature. They are supplied in packs of 100 and each self-adhesive laminated polyester label is quick and easy to apply.
- The labels help you comply with Health & Safety legislation and ISO 9000, as well as PUWER Regulation 19.
