Vinyl 'Rejected' Inspection Tags with Space for Comments, Signature and Date
- If you need to carry out regular inspections on equipment, goods and other items, having a quick and simple way to label them in order to show whether they've passed or failed is extremely useful. It's not always possible to apply self-adhesive labels to all items, though, but these tags are an excellent alternative.
- The tags feature a prominent red 'rejected' header, so it's easy to see at a glance what the status of an item is. They include additional space to write in remarks and add the date and a signature, so people who need further information can find it.
- Made from vinyl, the hard-wearing tags don't damage easily like paper does. Each one comes complete with a lock-on plastic tie, so fixing them to equipment is straightforward.
