- Trying to minimise the antisocial outcomes which unauthorised ball games can cause is a challenge for many local authorities and private landlords. Not only can a badly aimed ball cause a considerable amount of damage, there is also potential for local residents to be potentially hit by a ball, as well as annoyed and intimidated by excessive noise and fast moving players.
