- The probe itself is adjustable through 45°C, 90°C, 135°C or 180°C and can be folded away so you can safely store the thermometer. The unit switches on once the probe is opened and switches off when it has remained inactive for over an hour, saving battery life. It can detect temperature ranges from -50°C to +300°C.
