It can be installed in five minutes, is battery operated and requires no wiring. The intelligent device keeps the fire doors open when the environment is safe. However, if a fire alarm of 65dB or louder sounds for 14 seconds or more, it will automatically close the fire doors.

We stock a number of fire safety products, such as expanding smoke and fire resistant door seals that can hold a fire back for up to one hour, keeping it contained, by expanding to seal the fire doors when they come into contact with heat. Fully tested to conform to safety standards, the door seal increases fire safety and slows the spread of flames.
We also stock the wireless acoustic fire alarm door closer, suitable for almost any door to assist in keeping the fire contained. It can be programmed to keep fire doors open during working hours, but will close them should the fire alarm sound.
Fire doors are a crucial part of fire safety and must be managed properly. As part of an organisation's health and safety responsibilities, fire doors must be tested regularly and nothing must be placed in the way to prevent them from closing.
We stock a wide variety of fire safety equipment to help companies ensure their emergency procedures are working effectively.
