The importance of ensuring that all aspects of your work environment are properly labelled and identified cannot be overstated. This is particularly the case in industrial environments when highly corrosive and harmful substances or liquids are often used within many processes.
Our valve tags are an ideal way to ensure that either the contents of pipework or a specific valve itself can be quickly and easily identified by your workforce. Available in either stainless steel or aluminium, the tags can be fully customised with requests for your desired lettering and number sequences taken upon ordering.
The 0.6mm stainless steel tags are ideal for use in relation to temperatures up to 1482°C, while the 19-gauge aluminium alternative is suitable for temperatures up to 815°C.
Tags can be ordered in both materials at a size of either 38 or 51mm and can be purchased either in a square or circular format. The 38mm size can carry up to five letters above three numbers, while the 51mm can feature five letters above four numbers.
Both the stainless steel and aluminium tags can also include a natural or black-filled finish, depending on your requirements in relation to the clarity of identification.
Whatever your requirements regarding the labelling and identification of valves, we are sure to have the right option to meet your needs. For a different aesthetic, why not consider our engraved anodised aluminium tags or our numbered aluminium and brass tags in packs of 25.
Blank metal tags are also an ideal option if you would prefer to imprint and customise labelling with your own equipment. These can be marked using valve tag stamps and feature both holes and adhesive depending on your preferred method of mounting.
