- Created from durable, knitted polyetheylene
- Eyelets at 10cm intervals for easy fixing with cable ties
- Net construction minimises penetration by wind and rain
Health and safety is always a consideration on construction sites, particularly where working at height is involved. This safety netting for use with scaffolding provides an effective, versatile barrier between the area of work and the ground. If debris is dislodged or something dropped from a height, this safety net will catch it before it can hit someone or something.
The debris netting is made from polyetheylene, a robust material that's resistant to temperature extremes, wind and rain. It's also strong, so the debris netting is able to stop quite large pieces of rock, brick or similar detritus effectively. Polyethylene is flexible enough to absorb the shock of debris hitting, minimising the risk of rubble rebounding from the scaffolding netting.
Our debris netting can be secured to scaffolding quickly and easily using cable ties. Eyelets are placed at regular intervals on the debris net, so there is little risk of debris slipping past unchecked.
Because the debris mesh is knitted, rather than a solid sheet, air circulation can take place at the same time as protecting workers beneath the net from wind and rain. If there are particular concerns about the safety of a particular area on site, in addition to some debris netting it may also be appropriate to use barriers to provide additional protection for workers, as well as the general public.
The scaffolding debris netting is brightly coloured, enabling workers to easily notice when it's in position so they are less likely to bump into it. Designed specifically for use on construction sites, scaffolding debris mesh is a vital tool for enhancing safety.
