Details

Simply insert a Safety Message Tag (STS08-STS10) on slider cover side ensuring only the top or bottom of the tag is displayed.
Completed maintenance record (STS11-STS15) to the other side and attached with a Pull-Tite Seal (STS3-STS4).
The holder can be secured to equipment by Nylon Ties (STS2) or simply screw fixed.

For additional messages use the laminated write on, self-adhesive labels (STS16-18).
