Ideal for marking up all lockout devices, valves, pipes, scaffolding, ladders and equipment.
Highly visible yellow, durable polypropylene tag holder (STS01) with slider ensures quick and easy identification.
Simply insert a Safety Message Tag (STS08- 10) on slider cover side ensuring only the top or bottom of the tag is displayed. Completed maintenance record (STS11-15) to the other side and attached with a Pull-Tite Seal (STS03-04). Broken seals will identify misuse.
The holder can be secured to equipment by Nylon Ties (STS02) or simply screw fixed.
For additional messages use the laminated write on, self-adhesive labels (STS16-18).
