The new health & safety law poster - a change for the better! Since 06 April 2009 the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) published a new version of its HSE law poster.
As an employer the HSE requires you by law to display its approved HSE poster. This statutory obligation comes under the Health and Safety Information for Employees Act and sets out employers duties towards employees.
Employers have a legal duty to display this poster in a prominent position in each workplace.
