In hectic workplaces, it's difficult for people to always see any obstacles in their way. This is especially true in areas like large warehouses and manufacturing plants and the risks are multiplied if vehicles such as forklift trucks are operating, or if people need to move large pieces of equipment. If there are places where forklifts can't operate safely at all, our no forklifts signs let people know.
Corners of walls or other features often cause a risk of collisions, and they're often not seen until it's too late. With this corner protectors, you can increase the visibility of any hazardous corners, helping everyone to work safely and avoid damage.
Made from aluminium, these corner protectors are lightweight and easy to install, but durable enough to provide excellent protection to the corners beneath them. They're supplied pre-drilled and ready to be fitted, and they can be used on brick, concrete or wood. In addition to walls and doorways, they're useful for raising the visibility of square columns. We also stock purpose-built column protectors if this is a particular concern in your business.
Our corner protectors are designed to maximise visibility day and night, in all lighting conditions. They have black and fluorescent yellow chevrons to make sure they're seen when the lights are on but glow in the dark to ensure safety is kept to a high standard in dark environments or during a power failure. This is a great way to increase the safety of your workplace if there's a fire and people need to evacuate in dark or smoky conditions.
The corner protectors are great at stopping damage to the wall or column they're attached to. If you have surfaces that present a risk of injury to people, we recommend our polyurethane foam surface protectors to soften impacts and reduce the severity of any collisions.
With corner protectors fitted, impacts with dangerous corners are far less likely, and they can be used indoors or outdoors as required.
