Photo lockout tag with "danger: my life is on the line" message
- Supplied in a pack of ten, these personalised lockout tags allow the use of photos or other imagery to encourage safe and responsible behaviour within a worksite. Additionally, this self-laminating tag permits workers to enter important information, add their own personal photo, and seal it beneath an attached clear and self-adhesive overlay.
