PostedComment8 years agoService: The boots I tried to order were out of stock and not due in till October / November, all other options in a similar style in a size 6 were also out of stock. The boots I did get were as described. When asked if I wanted to buy something else to get a free gift was a bit annoying as I would have done if you actually had stock of my required item...Our response: Hi Russell, thank you for sending us your thoughts. We are sorry to hear that the boots you requested were out of stock when you called to place your order. Although we do as a company have a high stock holding rate and aim to despatch available items the same day that the order is placed; unfortunately there are instances where if a product has proved popular (or it's made to order etc) it can mean that the lead time may vary on occasion. We are pleased to hear that the alternatives we despatched that day for you proved suitable; and would like to apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
