'Fire Escape – Keep Clear' Glow-in-the-Dark Sign with Warning Symbol
- Fire exits are sometimes ignored when they're not in use, and people forget their purpose. This can lead to objects being left in front of them, which causes a risk to people trying to evacuate if there's a fire. This simple sign reminds people that certain doors are fire exits and encourages them to leave the area clear. It also helps people to locate a fire exit when they need to.
- The sign is made with photoluminescent print, so it glows brightly for six hours or more if the lights go out. This gives people an effective way to locate a fire escape even if it suddenly goes dark, so they can safely exit the building. With its simple text and large symbol, the sign draws attention to its message and ensures people obey the information.
- Used alongside other products from our fire safety sign range, you can provide clear instructions and direction for all aspects of safety in an emergency.
- We produce two photoluminescent implements: Xtra-Glo & Nite-Glo. Nite-Glo (PSPA Class B classification) will stay luminous for 6 hours with a recharge time of 5 minutes in normal lighting. Whereas Xtra-Glo (PSPA Class C classification) will keep gleaming for 24 hours. To ensure you are fully compliant with ISO 16069, you will need to set Xtra-Glo signage in place. Grade of luminescence is suggestive and therefore can vary based on circumstance including positioning of product or the quantity of exposed natural light in the application area.
