Service: I ordered three items all on the same order, the items were all exactly what I'd asked for and were delivered quickly. The only slight issue was that each item came separately and on three different days.
Service: I would not have bought these had I known the lead time was eight days, but the information was not clearly shown. When I rang to ask about the delay, I received no apology, but the staff seemed to take delight in telling me how delayed my order would be. Service: Due to some mix up l received two packages of 6 demarcation posts instead of two packages of 2 posts. The opened package had to be re-assembled and sealed and both packages returned and the correct order delivered.Our response: Thank you for spending the time to fill this in. - Yes, next day delivery is available on any UK mainland order placed before 3:30pm subject to stock availability
Can we have our goods on a Saturday?
- Yes, stock permitting you can also specify a Saturday delivery. This does carry an extra charge. For standard items the delivery charge is £21.55, although this is subject to change if you are ordering bulky items.
Can we be invoiced?
- Yes, certainly. If you are ordering on the website this option is available on the payment details confirmation page. If you are ordering by phone, you can request this option as we provide £750 Instant credit

- No, we are completely based in the UK. Although we do make daily deliveries to Ireland. Delivery normally takes between 3-4 days.
