There are many environments in which it is important to observe those around us, be it in a psychiatric ward, a prison or simply for security within a retail or shop environment. Our institution mirrors enable staff to monitor patients, inmates and shop visitors easily and safely.

Our institution mirrors, also known as surveillance mirrors, security mirrors and observation mirrors, have a rounded and curved mirrored surface that prevent anything in a room from going unnoticed. They are easy to secure in place against a ceiling or a wall, and will provide a full view of every corner of a regular-shaped room, such as a cell or hospital bedroom.

The institution mirrors are made from polycarbonate, a strong, impact-resistant material that will not be damaged by repeated blows or even bullets. Secured to walls and ceilings using a number of screws around the edges, the institution mirrors are also very difficult to remove without the right equipment. Mirrors are an excellent way to safely observe those that need constant monitoring: while our institution mirrors provide a full view of a room from one side to another, our interior safety mirrors can be fixed to the ceiling in the middle of a room for 360-degree surveillance.

Our institution mirrors are also encased in a powder coated steel frame, making them extra long-lasting and ideal for tough environments.

Breakages are common in environments such as prisons and in-patient units. For quick and temporary repair of broken glass, we stock emergency glazing film, which eliminates the need for costly boarding up of broken windows.

Is there a carriage charge on all deliveries?

There may be an additional delivery charge based on non-mainland UK locations and in the instances of very large or heavy items being delivered.


Is next day delivery available?

  • Yes, next day delivery is available on any UK mainland order placed before 3:30pm subject to stock availability


Can we have our goods on a Saturday?

  • Yes, stock permitting you can also specify a Saturday delivery.  This does carry an extra charge. For standard items the delivery charge is £21.55, although this is subject to change if you are ordering bulky items.


Can we be invoiced?

  • Yes, certainly. If you are ordering on the website this option is available on the payment details confirmation page. If you are ordering by phone, you can request this option as we provide £750 Instant credit

When can I expect my Order?

  • Yes, as part of our 30 day guarantee for all orders.
