Service: We placed an order which went to an email addressat the company but seperate from the orders dept, this seemed to just get ignored and not passed along to the orders dept or any contact was made to us to follow this up, the address we used is one we've been given previously to send orders to. When this was sorted and we placed the order and received an acknowledgement email with a delivery date but the order didn't turn up for this date, we didn't receive any communication about this for a couple of weeks and only when we rang up did we find out the items were on back order, we were given a new delivery date when these would be in stock and they didn't meet this date either, we did receive them a few days or so after this date and the products were fine but the communication along the way could definitely be better.Our response: Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback.
