The UK's Waste and Resources Action Programme, otherwise known as WRAP, is a government-led recycling initiative aimed at encouraging thoughtful waste disposal and the conservation of natural resources.
Our foil recycling signs advise people of recycling facilities for silver foil. The signs are available in a selection of sizes, including 210mm x 148mm (A5); 297mm x 210mm (A4); 420mm x 297mm (A3); 594mm x 420mm (A2); 60mm x 250mm; and 841mm x 594mm (A1). They come in a choice of two materials, polypropylene rigid plastic, or self-adhesive vinyl.
These foil recycling signs are aimed at helping businesses, individuals and local authorities to reduce waste and recycle more. These actions will make better use of resources and help to tackle climate change.
The signs incorporate the "Recycle Now" logo that is part of WRAP's national campaign. This is an easily-recognised logo that is used by many retailers, major brands, local authorities and community groups who support the WRAP initiative. It reminds people to always dispose of waste in the least harmful way possible.
Options for our foil recycling signs include some that are made from 80% recycled material, in accordance with the WRAP scheme.
We stock a full range of useful recycling signs to help your business, organisation, school or community group to recycle as much waste as possible.
Our clear signs will make it easy for you to keep track of what waste goes where, containing familiar symbols combined with clear lettering and bright, distinctive colours. This makes it simple for workers and visitors to know at a glance where their waste should go. Some signs are available in multiple forms, so you can choose the option that is exactly what you need.
WRAP aims to drive change in all areas of recycling and sustainability. Their priority sectors are those where they can make the most difference, such as clothing, textiles, electronics, food and drink. The foil signs are particularly important, due to the large amount of foil used in food manufacture and packaging.
WRAP promotes resource management by increasing the quantity and quality of waste materials collected for re-use and recycling.
