Service: After ordering 6 origanaly and you only sent five, on phoning and telling you this you informed me that I would have to pay for the sixth one again, I could go into detail but I would end up writing a book. All I will say is that I did get one in the end free of any extra cost.Our response: Thank you for your feedback. I have checked the history of your order and can see the original order was placed early September but the shortage wasn't reported until early November. Our terms and conditions state that any shortages should be reported within 48 hours of receipt. However on this occasion we did agree to raise a credit for the missing item and raised a chargeable replacement for the product. Please accept our apologies for the initial shortage.
