Fire extinguisher seals should always be replaced immediately if they become damaged or broken. Our packs of 100 fire extinguisher tags ensure that you always have a replacement seal on hand. The job of the extinguisher seal is to prevent tampering. Any attempt to use the extinguisher by pulling the trigger will break the seal. Once the seal on a fire extinguisher is broken for any reason, the equipment needs to be replaced and should not be used.

These visual safety reminders indicate that fire equipment is safe to use. They are available in a range of colours including red, green, blue and white to co-ordinate with fire extinguisher coding or your own equipment protocols. Each seal is made from beaded polypropylene which is tough enough to hold firm when tied on the handle, but will snap under pressure if extinguisher the trigger is tensed. In the event of an emergency, the seal will not prevent the equipment being used - it simply identifies if tampering or misuse has occurred.

Applying the seals to your extinguishers is simple - feed the strap through the cylinder's handle and pin, then lock with the seal mechanism. The seals fit easily to any standard extinguisher, with a smooth eyelet and chain connection that locks in when pulled tight. Each seal is 225mm in length, and excess strapping can be cut if required. A small tab features on each seal, which can be date marked with permanent marker or stickers for extra verification of safety.

Is there a carriage charge on all deliveries?

Is next day delivery available?

  • Yes, next day delivery is available on any UK mainland order placed before 3:30pm subject to stock availability


Can we have our goods on a Saturday?

  • Yes, stock permitting you can also specify a Saturday delivery.  This does carry an extra charge. For standard items the delivery charge is £21.55, although this is subject to change if you are ordering bulky items.


Can we be invoiced?

  • Yes, certainly. If you are ordering on the website this option is available on the payment details confirmation page. If you are ordering by phone, you can request this option as we provide £750 Instant credit
