- Keep track of all your valuable assets and equipment, and deter theft
Your business premises are likely to contain a lot of valuable items – perhaps more than you realise. The loss of some of your assets could be extremely disruptive to your daily work, and that's in addition to the financial impact it causes. Having a reliable system for marking all of your goods and equipment helps you to keep track of it all and identify if a theft has occurred. It's also a useful way to track stolen goods and deter people from attempting theft to begin with.
These DuraGuard asset tags are a highly effective way to mark all of your valuable items, and they're printed using a tamper-proof system to prevent misuse. Their strong self-adhesive backing is suitable for use on a wide range of different surfaces and holds the tags firmly in place once they're applied. If you're concerned about tags being removed and used on other items, our tamper-evident DuraGuard Nameplates leave a chequerboard pattern behind if they're peeled away, helping to prevent misuse.
DuraGuard Nameplates are fully customisable with a huge selection of options. Firstly, they can be ordered either with or without barcodes. The inclusion of a barcode on each tag makes it quicker and more straightforward to perform checks and inspections, and is a great choice if you want to integrate the tags with a system like the AssetGuard PRO computer program, which is ideal for larger businesses or those with particularly high amounts of valuable equipment.
In addition to the barcode option, the tags are available in a selection of different sizes, and six different colours, which lets you colour-code different items for different purposes or work areas. You can add your own text and logo, and select from options for layout and numbering. You can also decide which type of barcode you need Code 39 is suited to warehouses, distribution centres and document control; code 128 is ideal for medical devices and fixed assets, while interleaved 2 of 5 is intended for use in retail warehouses, cargo handling and batch numbering.
Make sure your tags are applied securely with our edge roller.
