The majority of UK orders for stock products will be despatched same day.This is for orders despatched to UK addresses only and does not apply to our Custom Sign Service.

We guarantee the safe arrival of your order. Every item is fully insured against loss or damage.

We make the following charges for packing,delivery and insurance.
Items may be subject to an additional carriage charge.
You will be notified if this applies when you place your order.

This does not include our Custom Sign Service, as it will be included within our quotation.

Our office hours are 8.00am-6.00pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed for stock products that are received before 6.00pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed outside of our office hours will be despatched the following working day.

Your products will be shipped as ordered. For example, if you place an order for two products, one marked 'for despatch same day' the other 'despatched within one week', we will despatch the product in stock the same day and the other product as soon as it becomes available. i.e. you will receive two deliveries.

UK Next Day Timed Delivery for Stock Products

• We charge £25 plus VAT for delivery before 10am on a Monday to Friday.
• We charge £16 plus VAT for delivery before 12 noon on a Monday to Friday.
• We charge £35 plus VAT for delivery before 12 noon on a Saturday.
