- Grade 1 braille and tactile lettering inform the visually-impaired about floor level
- High visibility for the partially-sighted
- Adhesive backing allows simple installation
This floor level sign ensures that the partially-sighted and visually-impaired are aware of the floor level they are on by conveying the information in high-contrast colours with braille and tactile raised lettering, conforming with Health and Safety regulations and disability discrimination legislation.
The sign also has a self-adhesive backing making it easy to install, and is made from one-piece, die-moulded plastic to ensure durability and to protect the raised lettering and braille against weathering.
Under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, tactile signs are required to provide information for the visually-impaired.
